Why start a lesson without a plan?
A good lesson plan is essential to the process of teaching and learning. In order to have a successful instructional experience the teacher must be prepared. The development of an interesting lesson takes a great deal of time and effort, but at the end of the day you will achieve your expected goal. The lesson plan should be a guiding force behind what takes place in the classroom.
Including ICTs in the instruction process is more valuable because it creates a more learner centric environment which helps in the fundamental changes in their approach to teaching and the way teachers and students interact.
I agree with what you said about ICT's creating a learner centric environment. Sometimes we as teachers forget we are working with individuals. Teaching is about more than covering content.
