I BLOG! YOU BLOG! WE ALL
BLOG!
Why not teach our students to blog?
This will help
students’ master content and improve their writing and communication skills. Teachers
can use blogs to publish assignments, resources, and keep students and even
parents up to date on class events, due dates, and content being covered.
Students can use blogs to publish their writing and educate others on
particular topics. Blogging can offer opportunities for students to develop their
communications skills through writing experiences. Such projects not only
motivate students to write, but motivate them to write well. Using blog in the
classroom will captivate their minds making the lesson more interesting,
allowing students to interact and collaborate with each other.
I am new to blogging but from what you are saying it looks like the process has a lot of benefits. Jenea do you have any suggestions on topics to blog about with my form class?
ReplyDeleteI would suggest that you can engage your class on health and safety issues on the school plant, and the importance of safeguarding their belongings in the classroom.
